I’ve been working out with Healthy with Kelsey for almost a year now, and I’m totally hooked! I love her workouts, and the convenience of being able to pick the type of exercise and time of day that works for me (with 3 kids, the 30 minutes don’t feel intimidating at all!) Kelsey is just human sunshine, and her positive attitude and goofy sense of humour infuse her workouts with joy and fun! As someone recovering from lifelong eating disorder, Kelsey’s emphasis on moving your body for the love of moving your body, and meeting yourself where you are at, is absolutely healing and refreshing.
