Refund Policy


If this is your first time with us, we offer a free 7-day trial of the Healthy With Kelsey On-Demand subscription service so you can try before you buy. Get access to everything for free for 7 Days. After your 7-day trial your credit card will be billed on a recurring basis until you cancel. Payments will continue unless you cancel at least 24-hours prior to the current cycle. You can switch your active membership to a different subscription or cancel your membership at any time through the dashboard > billing tab.

Following the completion of the Subscription Period and/or Free Trial, your Subscription Services will automatically renew for the same Subscription Period at the then-current standard rates for access to the same Subscription Services, unless and until they are cancelled or changed by you within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Please note:

Gift cards of any length are not eligible for a refund.

There are no refunds for partial Subscription Periods.

Overdue Payments

If your account is overdue, you will not be able to get to your Dashboard and instead will be prompted to update your payment information when you log in. After you update your payment information, then you can go to your Dashboard to change your plan if you wish to switch from either the monthly or annual subscription plan. If you need to cancel your subscription and your account is overdue and locked, please send us a message at Support and we can help you with this by sending an email to hello@kelseyellis.ca with 'cancelation request' in the subject line.
